Active: The user's account is fully functional on the site with a valid password.
Disabled:The account will still be in the system, however nobody will be allowed to login to this account until it is enabled again by the Administrator.
Unverified: This is the status of a newly created account. Once the users changes his or her password this status will automatically be updated to 'enabled'. If an account is manually changed to the 'unverified' status the user will be sent a new password. Use this in the event of a lost or forgotten password."] Text[7]=["Department Access","This list contains all the deparments the current user has access to for editing. To add a new deparment to the user's access list select the deparment from the drop box and click 'Add'. To remove one click the 'Delete' option next to that department while on this page.

The lights in the middle display the status of that page. Red means the page is disabled and cannot be viewed by visitors. Yellow means the site is online, but an update is pending the approval of an administrator. To approve this page click the 'Edit' option then click the image of a disk with a checkmark (Save & Approve) in the window that opens up. Green means the page is currently live with the latest update.

Using the 'Menu' option will allow you to alter the page level menus and sub-menus. Page level menus are displayed to the visitor below the department menus and are only displayed on that specific page.
